This week is the perfect week for me to show a little gratitude here on my blog (in the hopes they read it!) to my Amazing Family! I could not do my Stampin Up business alongside my mummy duties and my full time job without them. First is my wonderful and understanding hubby who gets left to be a single parent whilst I’m out doing classes and parties. I shall be treating him to a few Fathers Day treats on Sunday as we have a whole day of just us three.

Then there’s my Mum and Sis who always come along to support me at events and are often seen making the teas and coffees and helping me set up and clear away, or looking after Little Miss Chief when needed. This week they both celebrated their birthday (on the same day – what a birthday present that was for my mum 31 years ago!). And of course not forgetting my dear ol’ dad who will be treated on Sunday too.

So I wanted to make some cards for them and what better stamp set to use than Amazing Family – perfect right? So here is my card to my sister from hubs and me.

The base card is the retiring colour Regal Rose and I went for the trendy Chalkboard technique using Versamark and White Embossing Powder on the Basic Black cardstock.

I created a little banner using the retiring Floral Districy papers and the Hearts a Flutter framelits and embellished with a designer button and little bit of Bakers Twine. Aren’t these lovely colours and patterns?
