Brrrr! It’s cold out there today! Are you yearning for some spring colour and warmth? Then come and see what else I’ve been creating with the fabulous Botanical Builder framelits (other projects can be found here and here). I will admit when I first saw we had another set of Floral  framelits in the new catalogue I did sigh ….. and then they arrived and I have loved creating with them – such fun elements to play with.

STAMPIN’ DELIGHT TIPS & TRICKS

  • The funky part of this design is created by using both sides of the edgelit piece from the Botanical Builder framelits to create an unusual river of Sahara Sand cardstock. Often with an edgelit you would discard the other side, but I love the jigsaw feel of this design.

  • The trio of flowers are created in a colour combination of Bermuda Bay and Daffodil Delight with strong contrasting Basic Black centres to make them really pop! A little bit of ink daubed on the edge of the Daffodil ones adds a little definition. To cut out the intricate Bermuda Bay flower and it’s stamen I used the Precision Base plate – it really does make cutting out more intricate designs much easier.

  • The simple stamped sentiment comes from Perfect Pairings – one of the free items you can earn during Sale-a-bration, when you spend £45. This is a great collection of large and small fonts that you can pair together.

  • Here’s a whole collection ready to go out with my customer orders this week. I love sending them out as I’m grateful for each and every order I receive, no matter how big or small. So if you receive one of these cards, thank you, thank you and gracias!

Don’t forget you can shop anytime on my Online Store here. All orders made online also get a handmade card sent out to them as long as I can see your details ….. sadly each month I have some orders that I just can’t thank.

Did you know if you select “No Contact” in the aim of avoiding any spam from Stampin’ Up! it also means that I as your demonstrator don’t even know your name! I can see the order summary, but in the place of a name and address, it simply says: “No Contact”. Whilst I know many wish to shop anonymously, it makes me sad that I can not properly thank these customers for supporting my business. I strive to offer good customer service, including sending thank you cards and free catalogues.

If you are reading this and you are a “No Contact” customer, you can change the setting in your customer profile in the Online Store. Alternatively email me at louise@stampindelight.com and we can work it out together for you.

Hasta luego / see you later

Louise
