An apple a day …

by | Apr 18, 2012

Evening,
Hasn’t it been a dreary old day? I’ve been out and about today with work and at times could hardly see the road for the lashings of rain! It’s nice to come home though and curl up on the sofa with my little girl. Now she’s in bed I thought I’d share with you my latest creation.
With only 12 days left of the Spring Mini Catalogue I suddenly realised I have not shown you much of some of the products available so here’s a project using all the Berry Blossoms product suite – Fruit and Flowers stamp set, Blossom Party die and the Berry Blossoms Designer Paper.

The colour combo was Lucky Limeade and Real Red. I love the fruity Designer Paper and opted for a large strip of it for the background and embellished with the gorgeous Real Red taffeta ribbon. The flowers are die cut using the Blossom Party die.

The image was stamped in Real Red and then I used the small heart punch to create a glittery core with the Glimmer Paper. Love that stuff – adds a bit of glitter without the mess!

Sadly I didn’t seem to have a get well sentiment in my current collection of stamp sets so this one is from the retired Fun & fast notes. I did decorate the inside too but forgot to photograph that .. oops!

Just in case I didn’t mention it (cough, cough!) these products are only available until 30th April and with an order of ÂŁ45 or more you can get these papers free!

I’ll be back tomorrow with another project using more FREE papers and the Blossom Party die.

Hasta la próxima / until next time
