Perfect Postage

by | Apr 17, 2012

Hello!
Whilst the title may seem a bit of strange one considering the uproar there has been regarding the large price increase on first class stamps I thought I’d share with you a simple card made with the Perfect Postage stamp set.

The set has 4 cute stamps which I think are really versatile and suit lots of occasions and of course they combine perfectly with the Postage Stamp punch. I had a birthday card for my Uncle to do, who does like his nature so chose this lovely little bramble stamp.

Inked up using the Old Olive and Elegant Eggplant markers 4 times and then punched out, it was really quick and simple to do. I then placed them onto a card base of Old Olive in different directions using Dimensionals for added interest and a couple of score lines to complete the look.,

The sentiment is from Happiest Birthday wishes, which is a my “go to” stamp set for all Birthday sentiments. It has 11 sentiment stamps for just £16 in the clear mount – and is only available to hostesses so why not host your own Stampin’ Up party or join my Stampers 10 – a monthly club where you get to be the hostess.
If you like this card or indeed the Perfect Postage stamp set or Postage Stamp punch, don’t forget they are in the Spring Mini catalogue which will be retiring at the end of the month. Don’t miss out and order yours today.

Hasta la próxima / until next time
Louise x

Just beautiful. Love the elegance and the repetitiveness of the stamp.
