Today started off with a horrible journey up the M6 but I’m now chilled out in a hotel room in Bangor with a view of the Menai Strait … missing my family but happy to have a night to chill out and catch up a bit of the blog.
I have also sent out my newsletter to all my customers with the latest offers and news so if you don’t want to miss out you can sign up here.
Today’s card is another from the Every Occasion class. This is one of the simple cards I put in my class so if people are running short if time they can catch up with a quick and simple one.
The card uses various strips of Designer papers at different lengths and widths to create a series of banners. The fishtail end is created with the square punch. Simple yet effective.
A button or two to add some embellishment and then a suitable sentiment. This style of card could be used for a wide variety of occasions so I left each of my ladies to pick their own sentiment from Teeny Tiny Wishes.
They could also pick what card base to use for 3 of the cards from a choice of Baja Breeze, Blushing Bride and So Saffron – all colours to match the Just Add Cake papers.
Here’s a sample I did in Baja Breeze as a Get Well Card
And here’s the two together.
I’ll be back soon with more cards from this class and a peek at what we will be making in July’s class.
Don’t forget if you want to order any of the supplies used you can get an Everyday Enchantment embellishment pack with every £45 spent – details here.
