Evening all,
Not quite sure where November has gone, we’re almost hurtling into December and I haven’t had time to share with you any creations so far this month, but I’ll do my best to post a few over the next few days.
I have been busy with my Stampin’ Up business with my classes, a craft fair and a party in the last couple of weeks … just there’s never enough hours in the day, especially with a full time job and a little one! But I will try to get back to blogging in the run up to the Christmas period.
So today I have a card to share that shows off the products which are part of the special offer this month – the Ornament Keepsakes stamp set and matching framelit dies and the Candlelight Christmas designer papers.
This is a card I did as a make and take at some recent parties so that everyone who came got to have a go at using the products.
The card is simple to make so perfect for making a quite a few of to send to your list of friends and colleagues. I used the colour combination of Real Red and Gumball Green for the ornaments and using the gorgeous papers as my backdrop.
I hung one of the ornaments with some of the Gumball Green stitched satin ribbon which is just so lovely. A simple banner was made for the greeting which is from one of my favourite sentiment sets, Curly Cute.
I also did a similar style card in the combination of Gumball Green and Early Espresso.
This time the sentiment was stamped in a circle cut out and I added a second layer to the round bauble. There’s just so many options with this stamp set!
