Evening all, I’m writing this with a warm glow and some tan lines after having been in the garden all weekend. But the conifers are now tackled and we have a new fence up so that’s good news.
Talking of gardens I decided to ink up the new Best of Flowers stamp set that has been launched to celebrate the 25th Anniversary year of Stampin’ Up!
I needed a collection of thank you cards for my May orders and so wanted to create something quick and simple but effective. I picked out this beautiful hydrangea image and opted for an 2011-2013 In Colour combination of Lucky Limeade and Wisteria Wonder.
The thing I love is that the stamp is so detailed that it requires minimal embellishment. I coloured the stamp with my blender pens for a subtle effect and then used the pen to add further colour to the flower and leaves.
I added a strip of Wisteria Wonder Ruffle ribbon which is sadly retiring at the end of the month as is the colour Lucky Limeade, so if you want to stock up … best do it now!
Here’s a shot of a collection of them all together before they got posted out to all my customers who ordered last month.
I can take orders via phone, text or email at any time and have them delivered to you anywhere in the UK. I can offer help and advice on choosing your products. To find out more or place an order call 07738 562724 or email me and I look forward to hearing from you.
