Apologies for the intermittent service from the Casa de Craft showing you my recent makes, but we have an impending wedding on the horizon for my sister so there is lots to plan and do. I will show you what we got up to once the big day has come – as naturally Stampin’ Up has been used as with it’s colour coordination it is perfect for weddings.

So it’s a quick post today with a card that we have made in my recent classes, showing a cool technique with the clear blocks to create a water colour background.

I used a colour combination of Crumb Cake, Marina Mist and Strawberry Slush. Once the background is done, it’s perfect for adding silhouette images like this one from the Best of Flowers.

The image was then mounted up on coordinating mats of coloured card and finally finished off with
a bit of the Seam Binding ribbon in a bow.
