I’ve really got into this punch art malarky … there was the Hungry Caterpillar, the Football and the Blackboard Easel, but I’m back with what might be my favourite yet. I needed a card for one of Little Miss Chief’s friends who was turning 4 – had I known he was a Batman aficionado, I would have remade this punch art card, but I went with a more recent favourite film of small children …. Despicable Me!
So here is my version of punch art Minions. What do you think?
STAMPIN’ DELIGHT TIPS & TRICKS
- Two minions were created with a variety of punches including Owl Builder, 1″ Circle, 3/4 Circle and 7/8 Scallop Circle Punch using Daffodil Delight, Pacific Point and Basic Black cardstock. I added the googly eyes from my craft stash.
- The large sentiment is from another of my favourite new stamp sets from the new catalogue called Big News.
- The Daffodil Delight ribbon is sadly retired now, but it’s the only matching ribbon I had to hand and you know how I love it all to coordinate. You can easily substitute this with the new Cotton Ribbon which comes in 12 colours including Daffodil Delight.
Hope you like and if you do want to get your hands on some coordinating ribbons for your projects, why not check out my Ribbon Shares as I’ve just updated the page.
The Cotton Ribbon share requires 2 more people to sign up, so if that’s one you fancy, reserve your place now.
Hasta luego / see you later
