Hi all, sorry for the lack of sharing crafty creations recently, it has been a little hectic round here and my little man has been under the weather. When I did get chance to sneak in some crafting, I grabbed some of my new stash – the Curvy Keepsake Die and this is what I came up with ….. a trio of Christmas treat boxes.
STAMPIN’ DELIGHT TIPS & TRICKS
- The Curvy Keepsake die makes lightwork of creating these cute treat boxes – simply run the die through the Big Shot twice and glue together. It can be cut from one piece of A4 with spare card to use too.
- A few simple punched pieces and you can create an array of characters or decorations – you can see more on my Punch It Proud Pinterest Board.
- The Snowman’s face is created using the Owl Builder Punch for eyes and mouth, whilst the nose is simply handcut. This dapper snowman’s hat is created with the Word Window punch and Curly Label Punch.
- The cute Santa keepsake box is die cut in Real Red Cardstock, and decorated with a strip of Basic Black cardstock teamed with a Glimmer Paper buckle created using the Petite Curly Label punch. And what good timing – this cute little punch is on offer for just £8.63 in the Weekly Deals. The Curvy Keepsake die also comes with a trio of cute tag framelits like the one used here.
- The last addition to the trio is my take on Rudolph! The Owl Builder punch is my go-to punch for eyes, and then I used the Bird punch to create the antlers. How cute is he?
How fab would these be to give to children filled with sweet treats or used as place names for your holiday entertaining? I can see me making lots more of these. What do you think?
Hasta luego / see you later
