I’m a little later than planned due to the January mad dash for getting my Self Assessment accounts in order …. why do I always leave it till the last minute? Anyone else like that? I’m feeling much happier now they’ve been submitted though and fingers crossed I’ll be receiving a nice little payout from the tax man …. oh what Stampin’ Up! stash to buy?
So today’s project is another technique I shared at my monthly Papercraft class with the decorative masks.
STAMPIN’ DELIGHT TIPS & TRICKS
- The Stripes Decorative Mask is used here with White Craft ink and Coastal Cabana ink to create a shadow technique. This works best on the darker cardstock colours like the Soft Suede I used here.
- I went with the same simple topper decoration as my previous Decorative Mask background technique card, which you can see here, using a different flower from the Petal Potpurri stamp set, together with it’s matching punch. Don’t miss out on a 15% saving by purchasing these items as a bundle. For links to all the products used in this project, please see below.
If you would like to learn techniques like this stamping technique you can either come along to one of my classes in Staffordshire, or gather some friends and invite me round to stamp with you all. What’s more, by hosting you may be eligible for some Stampin’ Up! freebies!
Please contact me if you would like to stamp together sometime. I’d love to hear from you.
Hasta luego / see you later
Louise
