Making gifts is always nice to do, and with Stampin’ Up! we have lots of products that are just perfect for handmade gifts, like the small Kraft Journals. I had fun last month making something for the lovely people who shop through my online store – each month there is an Online Shopper Club code where all orders placed over £20 with the relevant Hostess Club code receive a free gift – and this is what I made for them.

STAMPIN’ DELIGHT TIPS & TRICKS

• The Kraft Journals are plain and perfect for decorating and making it personal adds that extra special touch. Here the Little Letters Thinlets were perfect for adding the initial of my lovely customers.
• The Delicate Doilies are the focal point of the decoration, onto which I stamped some flowers from the gorgeous Painted Petals stamp set in Chocolate Chip and Melon Mambo.

• Adding layers under the doilies is perfect for adding interest – here Gold Satin Ribbon and an embossed strip of Melon Mambo cardstock given texture with the Perfect Polka embossing folder make a bright yet vintage addition.
• The die cut letter is given place to stand our with a trio of punches.

•  A simple 4×4 card was sent with the journals to express my thanks, created in a similar style and the perfect sentiment for my thoughts was from the Chalk Talk stamp set.
