So that’s all the good news and now for the sad …..
Blendabilities Discontinued
Stampin’ Up! has decided to withdraw the Blendabilities product line, effective immediately due to a manufacturing problem.
If you are on my newsletter email list, then you will know that Stampin’ Up! halted the sale of Blendabilities whilst they investigated a problem they found. Stampin’ Up! says: “The manufacturer is unable to correct the problem in a manner that we are certain would meet our high quality standards and provide us with a stable, long-term solution. Therefore, after a great deal of deliberation and in order to prevent further disappointment, the Blendabilities product line has been discontinued.”
This means that they are no longer available as a Sale-a-Bration item and also means that all current Sale-a-Bration offers are on a “while stocks last” basis, so if there was something you wanted, don’t wait too long as it may now be gone before the end of March.
Although I am obviously disappointed, I am proud that Stampin’ Up! have decided to withdraw a product from sale that does not meet the high standards we expect. I pride myself on being able to promote high quality products and whilst I personally haven’t experienced any problems with my Blendabilities, there have been some people that have.
Most Blendabilities that have already been sold, work as they should. If you have purchased some from me, please can I ask that you check your pens, make sure they all work to your satisfaction and let me know as soon as you can if you have any problems, so that I can resolve any issues.
Those of you that have bought Stampin’ Up! products for a while will know that this is a very unusual step for Stampin’ Up! to take, so I thank you for your understanding of this situation. I will be the first to advise you on any developments as soon as there are any. Please be assured that Stampin’ Up! realise that there is a demand for alcohol based markers in our fab range of colours and are already looking into ways to provide something for us.
Thanks for stopping by!
Hasta luego / see you later
Louise
