With the launch of a new catalogue, all the Designer Series papers change and so it’s time to enjoy the last few days we can purchase the current designs .. up today is Petal Garden Designer Series paper stack.

This Petal Garden Papers come in a 6″ square stack, which has 48 sheets, so plenty to play around with! It is a pretty colour combination of Calypso Coral, Old Olive, Pool Party, Rich Razzleberry and Sweet Sugarplum and features both small repeated patterns and larger full sheet designs.

The full sheet designs make creating a simple but stunning card very easy to do. Here I trimmed the design down and layered up onto a matt of Sweet Sugarplum cardstock before adding to a 6″ square cardbase in Pool Party.

Sweet Sugarplum is one of the colours leaving us on 31st May and whilst the cardstock has all sold, you can still pick up a Sweet Sugarplum Classic Stampin’ Ink Pad before they are gone!

This card was made for one of my team members who has celebrated her 5th year as a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator and I like to celebrate these milestones with a card and gift.  The Large Numbers are perfect for anniversary and birthday milestone cards and whilst the stamp set is now discontinued, the Large Letter Dies are currently available, so you can replicate a design like this by cutting the numbers with
