I am back with teh second installment of the quarterly kit – February.

You Can Create It is a kit for a 3 month period, where each month we give you a selection of coordinating product. Then you can check the blog for ideas and inspiration for each month.

It’s such a great way to have a taster of a collection of products plus the ideas of what to create with them.

Here’s the kit for February

So here is what I came up with …. 

For my project I used the kit and created 2 cards. For this one, I layered some of the gorgeous Parisian Blossoms Speciality Designer Series paper on to a cardbase and then created a window with the Stitched Nested Label dies. I

I added some imagery in the form of cute birds from the Free as a Bird stamp set. This is available to purchase as a bundle with the Stitched Nested dies – saving you 10% and buy before 31st March and you can gran a Sale-a-bration free item.

I then created a window in a second card and placed the die cut of Designer Series Paper from the first card behind it – so 2 cards in one! 

On both cards I added some Petal Pink flowers stamped in the same colour of ink and then fussy cut out and finished them off with the Champagne Rhinestones … my new favourite type of bling!
