It’s the Stamptastic blog and today we got to pick a choice of 3 colours to create with, so I picked these 3 colours and created 3 cards with 1 sheet of paper. Come and see.

These colours came together as soon as I picked a piece of Designer Series paper to work with and that is often how I create. The papers I picked are the floral design that are in the Best Dressed Designer Series Paper, a handy stack of 48 sheets of 6×6 inches and I used just 1 sheet to create all 3 cards.

I love how each card looks different but all have the same base ingredients. I teamed the pretty floral papers up with some stamped images from the Honey Bee Stamp set. It’s got some great sentiments and those bees are just so cute!

The Stitched Label dies are another favourite here, they work great on their own or layered up like here. I also added some texture to the next card with the Tufted Embossing Folder. I love how it adds a quality to each project …. like a luxurious duvet cover.

The third card in the trio uses the last part of the Designer Series paper as 2 strips for a fun background. Here the focal sentiment is frames by the gorgeous floral images from the Honey Bee Stamp set.
