Are you like me? Do you end up with a shoebox full of pretty paper scraps in your cardmaking stash. Today’s card shows you a fabulous layout to use all those strips of Designer Series Paper.

I teamed up some strips of the Best Dressed Designer Series Paper with cooradinating cardstock in Lovely Lipstick and Old Olive. I used my trimmer to cut them on angles for added interest and then stuck down 2 sections of strips. To soften the effect I added a layer of Vellum which I die-cut with one of the Stitched Rectangle dies.

I used one of the sentiments from the Covid-19 digital stamp. It’s a PDF full of lockdown style sentiments and images that you can purchase and print. It is just $12.00 with 100% of the price as a donation to charity. You can purchase your copy here www.covid19.stampinup.com

I simply the cut the sentiment out and layered on to a punched piece of Lovely Lipstick cardstock. I finished off the card with a flurry of metallic silver sequins – love how easy this is to now with the Take Your Pick tool.
