Introducing the new 2020 – 2022 In colours

by | Jun 7, 2020

The new catalogue has arrived and with each new annual catalogue comes 5 fresh new colours for us to work with.

What are In Colours?

Stampin’ Up is all about colour coordination, and there are 4 core families – Subtles, Brights, Regals and Neutrals. These stay the same with a refresh every few years, but as Stampin’ Up like to lead the way on top crafting trends, we also need some fresh colours to work with.

So every year we have 5 new colours and they stay for 2 years so we always have a 2 sets of 5 different In colour each year – this year we get to play with the 2019-2021 and 2020-2022 In Colours.

The 2020-2022 In Colours

I’m excited to share these new colours – as I love them! Bright and warm and all work beautifully together.

Aren’t they just the fab five? I have started to play with them and can see them being a firm favourite here.

Let’s take a closer look at them with my first creations with them.

The new 2020-2022 In Colours - created with Flowers for Every Season Designer Series Paper and the Ornate Border dies.

When I first play with the new In colours I like to keep it simple and create 1 card of each colour in exactly the same layout. it helps me to get creating with them. For these cards I used the Flowers for Every Season Designer Series paper as they are all colours of the new 5. The bottom of the panel was created with the gorgeous Ornate Border Dies to create that fabulous finish.

The sentiment stamp comes from the coordinating stamp set for the Ornate bundle – this is full of fabulous sayings – 3 in this bold font and lots of coordinating handwriting script.

If you both the Ornate Thanks stamps and the Ornate Borers dies together as a bundle you save 10% – or why not add as your free bundle when you join the team. READ MORE HERE
