Mixed Bunch Makes

by | Jul 23, 2012

It’s been a week since my last post and sadly I have not been on holiday, been busy in the craft room or socialising with friends. Nope … I’ve been ill, a full on head cold that knocked me off my feet, but I managed to get back on them (almost!) in time for the weekend and my monthly class.
So before I share one of the projects we made I wanted to say a big thanks to all my lovely ladies who bared with me on Saturday. I’m amazed I only forgot 3 things to be honest! 😉
The class was based on using the Mixed Bunch stamp set from the Summer Mini catalogue and it’s matching punch. You got to love the matching punches from Stampin’ Up – no hours spent cutting round your images.
Here’s the first card of the class and probably the simplest of designs. I used the Everyday enchantment papers and showcased them with a silhouette style card. I used Poppy Parade and Pool Party to match the paper.
One of the small images, stamped and punched and layered onto more Poppy Parade cardstock to a focus to the silhouette.
Everyone loved making this card,  I wish I had managed to remember my camera so I could show you all the fab versions my ladies made.
Don’t forget these papers have only made a comeback for July only and any order of £45 or more earns the matching brads and ribbon embellishment pack for free, Simply email your order over to stampindelight@live.co.uk and I can do the rest.
Hasta la próxima / until next time
