I’ve been a Stampin’ Up Demo officially for a year now. At first I signed up just for the extra discounts on my crafty spending but once I had the opportunity to do a party with Steph and her lovely ladies, I really saw what fun being a Demo can be and have never looked back.
One of the best things I love about being a demo is meeting lots of lovely people and sharing the love of stamping. Not all people I meet are already crafters … I’ve created quite a few ones with my infectious love of it!
To celebrate the launch of the Spring Mini Catalogue I posted out a copy to all customers on my mailing list. Inside the envelope I wanted to include a little card to thank them for their support during the past year.
Perfect opportunity to crack open one of the new stamp sets from the Mini. This one is Fruit and Flowers.
I kept the design simple as I need to make quite a few. I used the colour combination of Lucky Limeade, Calypso Coral and Wisteria Wonder from the 2011-2013 In Colour selection.
I used a small flower stamp to create a background. The large flower was stamped and then mounted onto the large scallop circle punch and finished off with one of the Designer Printed Brads – they are so gorgeous I could only just bear to part with them!
The sentiment added is from Just Believe.
Fruit and Flowers is in the new mini which is available till April 30th. The set is so cute and versatile and I’ll be back with more ideas soon.
