It’s been a busy week here, but sadly not with much card making. I’ve had a lot of accounts to do so have been busy trying to get them done between baby groups, feeds and nappy changes. I did manage to make this quick card in 5 minutes as a thank you to Stephanie, my first hostess.
This was made so quickly because of the genius that is the Big Shot. I used the vintage wallpaper embossing folder to create the background which is exclusive to Stampin’ Up! so if you like it and want it you’ll have to just drop me a line.
The beautiful flower was simply created with the Flower Daises die in super quick time because you can cut out up to 4 pieces of card at a time. A little bit of defining with the Bone Folder and there it sits proudly as a center piece, topped off with a button and some linen thread.
I’m entering this into the challenges:
Fab N Funky – create your own bloom
Papertake Weekly – Bloom and grow
A Spoonful of Sugar – Anything goes
Crafty Cardmakers – Embossing
Right oh, best be off to bed as Grace has been asleep all evening and it could be an early start or a really long night up!
Be back soon,
Love the strong colour combo on your card and your bloom is marvellous. Many thanks for playing along with Fab’n’Funky Challenges this week.
