Evening, back from a couple of days away with work and have been itching to share another home decor project with you. This is another box frame but one I did for my living room.
I used a smaller frame which will eventually be stained to match the wood in my living room and used a colour combination of Crumb Cake, Chocolate Chip and Real Red to tie in with the colour scheme of my room.
I decided to feature the word Family using the Letter It alphabet stamp set and then fill the other squares with a range of images which were all about our little family of 3. So we have 3 little beans, 3 hearts and 3 flowers.
I particularly love the “Be Happy” square! I added some dimension to some of the images with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the antique brad in the top right corner adds a little something too.
If you would like to make one of these then I am running a class in Rugeley on April 11th, 7-9pm.
You could make one as a gift for a child’s bedroom, new baby, new home or just to decorate your own rooms. The choice is yours – you select the theme and colour combination and I provide the supplies.
The class will include your box frame and all the materials you need to make it, together with refreshments. No experience necessary as you will be given tuition on all techniques and as much help as you need.
Cost is £12 and places need to be booked by 4th April. I look forward to getting creative with you soon!
Hasta la próxima / until next time
