Hello! That was a fun filled weekend, with not one, not two but 3 parties to attend. So I have been busy making cards to take and will be sharing them here and on my Facebook page.

Today’s card is one for a lovely lady who was thrown a surprise 60th birthday party on Saturday.

STAMPIN’ DELIGHT TIPS & TRICKS

• The colour combination features two of of the new In Colour’s – Blackberry Bliss and Hello Honey. How delicious do they sound together!
• The swooshes from Work of Art were stamped across the card without reinking – triple stamping – to create the gradient in colour.

• The cluster of flowers are from Petite Petals and were also stamped without reinking, and easily punched out with the matching Petite Petals punch.

• For special birthday’s I like to personalise the card and the Remembering Your Birthday stamp set is perfect for that. It also coordinates with the Label Framelits collection, which makes it super easy to cut out and layer up.
• The Festive Paper Piercing Pack (set of 3) includes templates that coordinate with the Labels Collection Framelits Dies. Perfect for a subtle interest to this layer.
