Hello, well I had a fab time at class this past weekend (it was lovely to see all my ladies again!) and they loved the projects, which is always good news. The Wondrous Wreath proved very popular as we got to grips with our festive makes and I’m back today with some non-festive makes with this stamp set and framelits to showcase that this set will be of use the whole year round.
STAMPIN’ DELIGHT TIPS & TRICKS
SPRING
- The Springtime card features a combination of Pear Pizzazz, Wild Wasabi and …… with a touch of Gold Foil. The stamp set includes the little flower image which once stamped in non christmassy colours makes a great addition to the wreath.
- A bow in the the Gold 5/8″ Satin Ribbon is a elegant addition to the wreath.
- The sentiment from Good Greetings stands out mounted up on Gold Foil using the the Modern Label punch. Its one of my old favourite combinations – Word Window on Modern Label.
SUMMER
- My summertime card is a seaside colour combination of So Saffron, Pool Party and Marina Mist.
- Using the wreath in these colours and layering it up on some die cut Banners means that Christmas is the last thing on the mind. A simple sentiment from the And Many More stamp set on a handcut banner, means I can send this card for all manner of occasions too
AUTUMN
- Finally the third season is one that is supremely appropriate right now and my combination of Crushed Curry, Cajun Craze and Blackberry Bliss brings the set right into autumn.
- The Hardwood stamp in Sahara Sand provides the perfect backdrop for the wreath and the thank you sentiment is from Hip Notes.
So if this little collection of cards has tempted you to purchase the Wondrous Wreath stamp set, which is £37.95 for the 9 stamps and coordinating framelits, why not purchase the Class to Go for October and get a tutorial and some prepared festive makes to get creating straightaway.
Hasta luego / see you later
