Today’s card is one of my favourite cards I have created with the Driving By set and I’m sharing it for this month’s Stampin’ Creative blog hop with the theme of Home Sweet Home.
This would be a cute card to give when popping into visit someone at their “Home Sweet Home”. The Pandemic means we have visited friends less, but when you do next visit a much missed friend, be good to take this card with you.
Driving By Card Tutorial
This card can be created as follows:
- Create a card base by taking an A4 piece of Crushed Curry cardstock and cut on the landscape side at 14.9cm. Score at 10.5cm.
- Cut a layer in Misty Moonlight cardstock – 9.5 x 13.9cm and a Basic White measuring 9.2 x 13.7cm
- On the Basic White layer stamp the Camper Van in Basic Grey ink.
- Stamp another one on a piece of scrap Basic White and colour in with Stampin’ Blends in Misty Moonlight, Just Jade and So Saffron. Fussy cut out.
- Die cut a scallop circle in Just Jade and one in Basic White and glue together. Add the fussy cut van onto the layers.
- Take a piece of … White Ribbon and colour in Misty Moonlight Blends. Wrap the ribbon around the stamped layers and glue to cardbase.
- Add the circles and stamp your sentiment in Misty Moonlight ink.
