Welcome to the blog today, where I am sharing a project we made at one of my recent Papercraft classes. The Shadow Box Frame was a popular project and I thought it would be good to share it here too.
The class was featuring the Share What you Love Suite and we used the papers, stamps and embellishments from the Suite to create this cute keepsake.
The box is created from a piece of A4 Crumb Cake cardstock and using the Simply Scored (alternatively you could use a Stampin’ Trimmer). Both the backdrop and the fussy cut flowers are from the Share What You Love Speciality Designer Paper – this comes in a larger pack with 4 sheets of each of the 6 double sided designs, and is just gorgeous. The pearlised effect on these flowers gives them such beauty and strength; perfect for decorating the frame shadow box frame itself.
The centre of the shadow box is simply decorated with a pearlised doilie, and a stamped circle topper with the Make What You Love Stamp set – I love the font used in this stamp set! What would you stamp in the centre of your Shadow Box Frame? It would make a lovely gift and could be used for all sorts of occasions.
I’ll be back soon with more creative projects to share.
Until next time,
Happy Crafting and hasta luego,
