Hello and I’m almost feeling human after a couple nights of complete sleep. I am back today with my third and final post sharing the projects from last months Papercraft Class. Whilst the focus of the class is always cardmaking as my ladies like to have a stash of handmade cards ready for any occasion, we do try and make a few gift items too.
Using the Scentsational Season stamp set we made a couple of tags for our festive gifts. Here I used Cherry Cobbler cardstock and the Two Tags die to create my tags. The tops were decorated with more of the lovely Snow Festival papers and a couple of die cut images from the stamp set.
The to and from are from a stamp out of Tags till Christmas and the sentiment is from For My Family. I finished off the tags with a tie of the Gumball Green stitched satin ribbon …. I love this ribbon! It is so pretty and so lovely to touch!
The last project of the class was a little treat holder, made also using the Two tags die. This time I die cut it in Midnight Muse and then decorated it up with a strip of Whisper white card which had been randomly stamped, before adding another die cut image.
The pouch is held together with a shiny Rhineston brad, to which I attached a sentiment tag made using the Word Window punch.
All my ladies enjoyed the class and for those who didn’t want to do the gift items, there was plenty of cardstock in their kits for an extra card or two.
