Hello! Today it’s time to join my Stampin’ Creative pals and share some Springtime inspiration! This month we are super happy to have the very talented Barry and Jay from Mitosu Crafts joining us … welcome chaps!

It has been easy to get into Springtime mode this week.  This warmer weather makes me look forward to heading out on to Cannock Chase for walks, and one thing my kids always keep their eyes peeled for in the ponds and streams in the woods is frogspawn! So I thought why not spring into action with the fun So Hoppy Together stamp set. 

The card is a fun fold called a “Stand Up Card” and I loved how easy it is to create. This was one of the cards we did at my recent Papercraft Technique classes, which I run here in Staffordshire. The card base is created from one single sheet of A4 cardstock and with a few simple scores and one cut you can create this unique style of card. 

I decorated the box part of the card with 2 different designs from the Animal Expedition Designer Series paper. The frogs were simply stamped and coloured with Stampin’ Blends and then cut out and popped up on dimensionals. And no….. no fussy cutting, watch out tomorrow for some coordinating products coming which make this super simple! 

The beauty of the Stand Up card is that it also folds flat to fit in an envelope …. so who would you send this hoppin’ springtime card to? I’d love to hear!
