What a grey and miserable day it’s been today. So disappointed with it as we had an outdoors family photo shoot planned and it has been rained off for the third time in this British “summer”.
Oh well, here’s hoping for an Indian summer and at least it is the perfect weather for staying indoors and crafting!
I have another card to show you from the Christmas in August class, and yet again features the cute stamp set that is Polar Party.
The images were stamped and coloured with the Blender pen and then I applied Dazzling Diamonds to it. The image was matted up on a piece of Pacific Point cardstock before being added to the Real Red card base. The snowflakes were actually made from the Lace Ribbon border punch – I always like to show my ladies how to get the most from their punches!
Here’s a close up of how shimmery the Dazzling Diamonds are and this photo doesn’t do it justice. What I love about the Stampin’ Up dazzling Diamonds is that they don’t shed like other glitter products so you don’t end up covering your card recipients in glitter when they open their card!
Back soon with another project from the class,
Hasta la próxima / until next time
