The launch of a new Annual Catalogue always brings up a range of new In Colours to play with and this year is no exception!

Say hello to 2018-2020 In Colours!

Though it somehow feels the new In Colours have been slightly overshadowed by the return of some favourites and some amazing new colours in the Colour Revamp, so today I am featuring the 2018 – 2020 Colours in all their glory.

I wanted a card to send out to some fellow demo’s as a swap to showcase this new colour family and this is what I came up with.

The Painted Glass Set features some gorgeous images and has already featured on the blog here and with this design I wanted to repeat the image in each of the 5 new colours – Lovely Lipstick, Grapefruit Grove, Blueberry Bushel, Call Me Clover and Pineapple Punch.

Each one was stamped and then mounted on coordinating card which gives them an added pop. Mounting on Basic Black cardstock and using a Crumb Cake cardbase really lets the new 2018-2020 In colours shine through.

The card was finished off with a simple corner detail created with the new Detailed Trio punch – using it on all 4 corners of the Basic Black layer so that the Whisper White layer behind shows. through. Finally, a banner was created using the Banner Triple punch to form a home for the sentiment which comes from the Painted Glass stamp set … and a whole new In Colour family surely is reason to celebrate.

So what do you think to this collection of colours? They sure are bright and bold. I can’t wait to start matching and mixing with our other colour families for more fun.
