Just a quick post today as have lots to do! Wanted to pop by and share another project from last month’s Love and Thans class. This was one of the favourite cards of the day – seems keeping it simple really can be the best.
This card shows how you can emboss Vellum to create a luxurious textured background. I used the Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder … an oldie but a goodie!!
The vellum is secured in place with some gorgeous Island Indigo ruffled ribbon and the topper was created by stamping and punching out the Love label image from You are Loved a couple of times – once in Island Indigo and once in Crumb Cake and then punched out with the Decorative label punch and the Large Oval punch.
I think this might be the card for hubby for the 14th … I’m safe posting it here though as I know he never reads … do you Owen??
Hasta la próxima / until next time
