Hello and welcome to today’s post which showcases a simple musical theme card suitable for any of your music loving friends and family. It features one of the most overlooked stamp sets in the Sale-a-bration offering (read all about Sale-a-bration here), Epic Celebrations. This stamp set is designed with those hard to cater for teenagers in our lives featuring cool sentiments and iconic images.

I used both the guitar and headphones for a full on musical blast to this handmade card.

Musical Theme Background

In a bright and bold colour combination of Lemon Lime Twist and Dapper Denim I stamped the headphones all over to create my own musical background. So simple and so effective!

The guitar was stamped in Basic Grey Archival ink before colouring it in with a Blender pen – I love how these pens turn your whole ink pad collection into a colouring palette.

A little strip of the gorgeous and “oh-so sparkly” Myths and Magic Washi Tape adds a touch of texture without the fuss of ribbon or other embellishments.
