Hello! Today the Stampin’ Creative are going creating cards for guys with our theme “All About the Guys”. We don’t have any male design team members (at the moment!) but we are a group of ladies who like to create for everyone and this time it’s the men in our life.

Creating cards for guys can be challenging. I decided to use the Above the Clouds stamp set and go with a masculine colour theme of Blueberry Bushel, Seaside Spray and Grapefruit Grove.

The Above the Clouds stamp set is on the last chance products list so is only available whilst stocks last and has been discounted to just £12 – down from £20. Just a bargain! You too could create a trio of cards like this.

On this card I used the In Colour Designer Series Paper as a backdrop and then added 2 of the balloon images – the Hot Air Balloon punch is perfect for punching out the images.

I love this colour combination and now I’ve discovered it I am sad that 2 of the colours are on the retiring list – just a few weeks till we say goodbye to Blueberry Bushel and Grapefruit Grove.

This last card uses the technique of masking to create the single layer of stamping featuring balloons and clouds. I added a banner to feature the sentiment with a simple embellishment with the coordinating ribbon. So now it’s time to what the rest of the Stampin’ Creative ladies have come up with.
